Heritage Foundation Senior Legal Fellow Hans Von Spakovsky joined AMAC CEO Rebecca Weber on the Better For America podcast to give a deep dive into the numerous election integrity measures that will impact the 2024 election, as well as the Donald Trump Georgia election case. Spakovsky worked in the Trump administration and previously worked in numerous election integrity roles in government throughout his career and according to him, Americans should be optimistic about the 2024 election after numerous voter ID measures were instituted following the 2020 election, in addition to other mechanisms that he believes will secure election integrity moving forward. He also describes Fani Willis as politically motivated and describes her case against President Trump as an unbelievable abuse of the legal system that is an attack on the First Amendment right to free speech.
