CEAR, the Center for Estate Administration Reform. CEO Rick Black joined AMAC CEO Rebecca Weber for a very important and informative episode of the Better For America podcast. Black founded CEAR in 2018 after his wife, Terri, witnessed her father’s landlord and longtime “friend” steal over 200 thousand dollars from him. Rick shares that law enforcement negligence and the predatory nature of the legal community resulted in Terri’s father’s complete exploitation despite Terri having all documentation and evidence proving he was a victim. In addition to their own personal experience, Rick shares many of the other common instances he hears of estate fraud and tells Rebecca and, particularly, senior listeners how to best protect themselves from this atrocity.
