Sam Liebman is the best selling author of the book Harvard Can’t Teach What You Learn From the Streets. He's also telling America that we are faced with urban armageddon. He cites the huge dislocations that the pandemic has caused and coupled with the toxic judicial reform policies that have made our cities into human zoos with tax payers targeted as imprisoned prey who now seek living space from what was once where workers droned away in office buildings.
