Called to share this beautiful interview with Thérèse Cator, who was interviewed at October 2022’s Soul of Business Summit now named Ancestrally Rooted Business Summit. We met when I guided a hypnosis healing at a Leadership retreat over 9 years ago- and I've been celebrating her from the sidelines so time to highlight her Ancestors and powerful work in the world!

Thérèse shares her renewed conscious connection occurred during her dad's crossing over a decade and her journey of breaking up with white spirituality.

* What does the process of embodiment look like

* Acknowledging trauma and giving ourselves time to heal

* We all get to eat with Radical Leadership

* What is Radical Generosity?

* Version of leadership for BIPOC is often about sacrifice

* Alchemizing Trauma
