Eric Beach's journey from a challenging childhood and military service to becoming a nurturing father, supportive husband, and successful entrepreneur showcases the power of emotional intelligence and strong relationships. Despite his struggles with emotional challenges and a suicide attempt, he found guidance and stability in his wife, who he metaphorically describes as his "lighthouse." In return, he supports her dreams as her "lamplighter."

As a parent, Eric champions open communication and customized education for his children, teaching them the value of hard work and passion. He extends his experiences to help others through My Modern Myth, focusing on holistic self-improvement, and Project Echelon, assisting veterans through physical and mental health initiatives.

Some highlights from our call:

"Emotions are the language of God—or the language of spirit, whatever verb you want to put on that—because it's something we don't know but we're being told... and it's a language we don't understand. If we understand it, we can take that cue, that reactivity, and we can say, 'Why did that bother me?'" — Eric Beach

Additional key insights:

- Transition from trauma to healing.

- Wife's pivotal role in recovery.

- Ownership of mind, body, and life story for growth.

- Embrace tough conversations with kids.

- Find purpose in serving and empowering others.

- "Lamplighter" and "Lighthouse" dynamics.

- Discover your "why" for relentless self-improvement.

- Understand and own your emotions.

- Balance innovation with practical execution in ventures.

And much more!
