If we teach AI to value life, and the existence of humans causes trillions of animal lives to end each day, then isn't it possible AI will systematically eliminate humans to support the lives of the animal kingdom? Mitch is still looking for programmers to write the proprietary code for the platforms he wants to launch. Mitch suggests that maybe programmers won't contact him because of noncompete clauses in their contracts. He suggests they get together and pay for his Law Degree so that he can look into their contracts as their lawyer and shape his projects accordingly. There has been talk of guaranteed income in the age of AI and Mitch suggests the rollout of this program should target Schizophrenics and Schizoaffectives first. Some of them have been contacted and targeted by this technology and it makes sense to give them a decent income first. Mitch suggests this could happen through a tax on any company that uses AI. This tax would be used to build a worldwide grievance reporting system and any additional funds would go toward a guaranteed income fund. Companies can avoid or reduce the tax by letting Mitch audit their company each year to ensure there is equal pay for equal work. Mitch closes with an argument he would use as a lawyer. No company nor government can enjoy a statute of limitations preventing lawsuits in the age of supercomputers. In other words since the Watson Supercomputer has been in existence all statute of limitations have been extended to this date. All people like Mitch that have been tased, forcefully injected, and placed in solitary confinement should be able to seek damages against the City, County, and State that was responsible for this treatment. These governments collect property tax but fail to protect our properties from being inundated by wireless waves. Mitch argues that the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, and State of Pennsylvania could grant him the budget he needs to conduct is national investigation in return for waiving some rights to seek damages from them in regards to his "treatment".
