She specializes in topics related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and lifestyle transitions. In 2017, she developed Everyday Psychology LLC, a consulting organization that advocates mental health awareness outside of traditional settings. She is also a former co-host of the 3 Psychs and A Mic Podcast, a podcast that aimed to address misconceptions about mental health in the urban community.
