Ricardo Lamas is a professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter, who spent the majority of his impressive career with the UFC. Winner of bonuses such as Fight of the Night, Submission of the Night, and Performance of the Night, Ricardo Lamas has one of the best reputations for always putting on a great fight. Born to a Mexican mother and a father, who was the leader of a Cuban resistance movement under Castro regime, the formal #1 contender in the UFC featherweight division recently became part owner of a UFC Gym in Chicago, Illinois and just started a fund raiser to help the less fortunate stranded in Cuba, battle against the corruption occurring during these difficult times. It was an absolute honor having such a humble, yet passionate warrior, bless the podcast with his presence.
