The connection between the U.S. government, war, corporations, racism, poverty, technology, culture, and societies runs deep. A good point of departure to obtain better insight into this complex issue, in my opinion, is with Dr. Martin Luther King’s thought and action toward the source of social oppression. By addressing this issue head-on, Dr. King essentially grabbed the tail of the lion, so to speak, and it caused the mighty beast agitation, and it cost Dr. King his life. I wish to discuss how Dr. King’s spiritual awareness provided insight into the intricate web of world deceit and oppression in this episode. And it all pointed in one direction.
