In this episode, Sandy talks about how modifying and adapting your life to stick with your health and fitness goals is often necessary. You will often need to modify a workout to fit your own needs and conditions, I did for a recent injury. You will often need to adapt when you fit in your workouts in the day to prioritize your own fitness goals or change the way you plan out your food or meal prep in order to stick to your healthy eating. Being able to adapt is crucial to keeping any good habits you develop.
