Lucy Letby, The Lainz Angels of Death, Kristen Gilbert, and Michael Swango. All of these people have two things in common. They are all former. medical professionals and they are all killers.
In today's chapter, Courtney had the honor of sitting down with Bruce Sackman, former Special Agent in Charge, U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Office of Inspector General, Criminal Investigations Division, Northeast Field Office who began his career investigating crimes in VA hospitals such as fraud and narcotics crimes, until he got a call about a doctor killing patients in a VA Hospital. Dr. Michael Swango. Bruce sat down and told us all about the investigation and how he and his team spent years digging up all of Swango's secrets as he traveled to other hospitals as far as Zimbabwe taking more lives until they could finally bring him up on charges.
