The Amazing Sandy Cook-Did You Say $37 Million? One Woman's Journey to a Life of Massive Wealth

This week's episode is Part 1 of a 2-part series featuring the incredible Sandy Cook. Last year Sandy sold over $37 million in real estate, making her one of the top producers in her region. Besides that, in her free time she owns multiple investments, has run numerous businesses and does everything that she does with a smile on her face.
Sandy started her working life as a greeter at swimming pool and went on to have jobs at McDonald's, a paper route, a lifeguard and a eventually became a waitress where saved up enough money to buy her first condo.
Sandy eventually got married and had kids while helping her husband grow his businesses. Through hard work, dedication and did we mention hard work, she not only grew her husbands businesses, but also grew her financial and business savvy, surpassing her husband's income and becoming a millionaire in her right in 2006.
Sandy's husband left for heaven earlier than they had expected and she was widowed fairly young. Being a super strong boss lady, Sandy has continued to grow her and her late husband's empires; growing and selling his senior care centers and roofing businesses, while becoming an investor in a hotel, numerous parcels of commercial real estate and most recently purchasing 26 acres of land in Tennessee where she hopes to develop a tiny home community.
