YPO has more gold members when compared to the younger generation which means the younger people are not seeing enough value in working with YPO Next Generation. Also, if we really want to create a positive difference in the world then we need to work on a cumulative basis so the entire world can benefit as a result. For that, YPO also needs to work on attracting the younger generation. Today, we talk to Santiago about how all this can be achieved and more.
