We're rounding the year off by revisiting our top 10 episode of 2023 (in no particular order). Collin May is a highly educated lawyer who made the news in 2022 when he was appointed to be the chair of the Alberta Human Rights Commission, but that was only the start of his media coverage… Later that year, an academic book review he provided was portrayed as being Islamophobic by some and racist by others. Collin was eventually fired from his position by the government and has since initiated multiple legal actions. We sat down with Collin to hear his story and what he shares is not only shocking, but a potential glimpse as to how political parties will go to extreme lengths to cover up their own mistakes. We'll be dropping our top 10 most popular episodes over the next two weeks, so stay tuned! Plus we now have merch that's available at www.abpoli.ca, including a fall lineup! As always, if you appreciate the kind of content that we’re trying to produce here at The Breakdown, please consider signing up as a monthly supporter at our Patreon site at www.patreon.com/thebreakdownab. If you’re listening to the audio version of our podcast, please consider leaving us a review and a rating, and don’t forget to like and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Threads!
