A director, cinematographer, and producer known for his work on the first six "SAW" movies, "Hellraiser: Revelations", "The Gravedancers", "Skinwalkers", "2:13", "Pawn", dozens of episodes of MTV Cribs and so much more... my guest on Episode 247 is David A. Armstrong. I reached out to him on q whim after watching the first "SAW" movie for the first time in a while. not expecting to even hear back. We exchanged numbers and hit it off with a regular phone call then scheduled this episode. We go into a lot here. Behind the scenes of the "SAW" movies, especially the first one. Between the restricted, relatively small budget, timing and logistics of the film, it was a small miracle that it was even made. We talk MTV Cribs, his directorial debut working with Ray Liotta on "Pawn", and the reasoning behind the making of "Hellraiser: Revelations". A very cool look behind the scenes and a bunch of banter. It was an honor to speak with him. I hope you enjoy. Respect.
