If you want to piss the world off, be a black woman that openly says that she wants it all. No one asks you what having it all looks like or how you plan to find the balance that you will need in order to survive having it all. Instead, they run to their keyboards and type think pieces about why we don’t deserve what we are asking for. We become jokes, our flaws are highlighted our looks, our weight, and our accomplishments are criticized. I’m not sure where the world’s perception of black women got fucked up or when some black men decided to hop on that particular bandwagon began but I will say this...
