"Ellende," derived from the Middle High German word for "being out of one’s country,” is more than just a name—it's a reflection of L.G.'s deep vision. Since 2011, this Austrian multi-instrumentalist has crafted a unique path in atmospheric and ambient black metal. With five full-length albums and eight releases in total, Ellende captures the essence of human emotion, failure, and beauty, often transcending the genre's boundaries through the subtle use of strings, brass, and piano.
