Episode Highlights:
If you have poor mental health, you're not a burden on your family. If you take your own life, that's a big burden for your family to carry." – Tanya Armstrong

Classroom of Hope was not only building schools and giving education to kids who didn't have access to education, but they were doing it in an environmentally sustainable way, and I knew that if I was moving out of homelessness, I wanted to move into environment.” – Tanya Armstrong

We're getting plastic out of the ocean, number 1. We're recycling it, number 2. Then we're building schools and we're educating kids. Where's the negative? So many great big ticks there.” – Trav Bell
