On the Bucket List Life Podcast today is Tom Cronin. Tom is the founder of The Stillness Project. Tom created The Stillness Project as a vehicle to reduce stress and chaos in people’s lives through meditation. After suffering a lot of stress in his previous job, Tom turned to meditation to help manage the symptoms. This was life changing for Tom! He recently walked away from the industry at the height of his 26 year successful career to fulfil his mission of spreading calm and stillness across the globe.
