Having strategies for how to reduce stress as a teacher is essential. Being a teacher can be quite stressful, that’s why decompressing at the end of a long week is so important. In this episode, I talk about how to reduce stress as a teacher by changing your mindset around relaxing and sharing what you do to decompress so you can show up daily as your best self.
