Hey Trailblazers!! In this episode I am so excited to be joined by Ingrid B. Rogier. Originally from Paris, Ingrid has always been drawn towards the luxury industry. After working in commercial banking after graduation, Ingrid realized life was too short to not follow her passion and went back to Paris to get her MBA in Global Luxury Brand Management. Ingrid has since started her own boutique consulting agency, INCLux, that works with luxury brands to increase their inclusivity and diversity.

In this episode, Ingrid talks about why she started out in commercial banking, her advice for students that don’t know what they want to pursue after college, what an MBA in Global Luxury Brand Management entails, her journey to starting her own luxury consulting business, and what the future landscape of diversity and inclusion in luxury brands will look like.
