Growing up in a family who loved books and constantly made up stories, Louise was always going to do something with words…..and boy does she know a thing or two about words, their power and how to use them for impact!

A former stand up comic, 4x Canadian adult gold medalist figure skater and originally from Canada, Louise moved to Australia with her partner where she currently resides. Louise joined Seth Godin’s altMBA program in 2018 as is now one of the facilitators of this program, leveraging her skills and experience with Seth’s program, name and network. It was Seth Godin, the world’s #1 marketing expert who inspired the name of her book, Word Glue.

Word Glue is a practical handbook, a ‘how to’ book on how to name your brand, product or service. It is gold….literally, having won 4 book awards at the time of recording, with a few more on the way no doubt.

I met Louise in person just over a year ago when she was giving a talk in my local library on naming. She was funny, engaging, quick and so very smart (she still is by the way!). I bought her book, read it from cover to cover, and I can’t recommend it enough!

With another book on the way (she won’t tell me the name yet!?) Louise is using her time in lockdown#2 wisely, dedicating 50 minutes each day to write.
