Ron Koenigsberg is the founder and owner of American Investment Properties, Inc., a New York-based commercial real estate brokerage firm and recipient of the 2017 Long Island Business News Commercial Broker of the Year. Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from American University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University.
