Once upon a time, I felt so overwhelmed in my business that I hired a business coach, cause I couldn’t see which way was up.

They walked me through an exercise to work out what my perfect day would look like.

I know this may seem like a silly exercise to many, but I was working so hard for other people's outcomes I lost sight of what I wanted for me on a day to day basis.

This was 7 years ago.

And as I was recording todays episode of the podcast, I realised that “this day” - a Monday I experienced recently - was it!

Now this “Monday” was not by any means one of the most remarkable days in terms of business, revenue or marketing.

But it is the kind of day I have been building my business towards for years.

And this is also what I like to help others to do, to build their business to serve them THEIR perfect day
