Audience questions give presenters a prime way to showcase their expertise, but can have the opposite effect, says Tim Calkins, a professor at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and author of the book How to Wash a Chicken: Mastering the Business Presentation. In this final episode of the series, Tim shares tips for anticipating, preparing for, and responding to questions, in addition to discussing some of the most effective follow-up steps to take after a meeting.
