When I met hit songwriter & professional singer, Renee Jonas, she was beyond stressed out and overwhelmed, as she tried to juggle her music career with the demands of her high-pressure project management day job. She was so exhausted from it all, believing that working 14 hour days was the only way to be successful. Her health was suffering and she had zero idea of how to settle things down and find that elusive work/life balance. That all started to change when we began working together in my coaching program.
