Carsten, a Danish entrepreneur who came over to the UK many moons ago, is thriving running his exquisite wine bar business by bringing a piece of Spain and its sunshine to his customers in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Carston shares his passion for building a business that can expand beyond one’s dreams when you do what you are passionate about.
Carston is “confronted”, like many other business owners out there, with the dilemma of whether to expand his business to bring this oasis experience and happy moments to more people when they visit his wine bar, at the expense of having the headaches of growing a business, or stay small and comfortable.
