We’d be here all day if I had to list all of his expedition / adventure CV over his 30 year career (I sh*t you not, its 7 pages long!) but here are some to pique your interest:

• He’s a high altitude mountain guide, explorer, expedition leader, and all-round adventurer
• Led his first expedition to My Kenya’s North Face aged 20
• Notable first ascents in the Andes, Karakoram, and Greenland
• Put up new rock-climbing routes in Africa, South America, and Australia
• This was one of the most insane lines I found when researching for the show
• 2018 summary: 75 x 6000-meter peaks, 5 x 7000-meter peaks, 6 x 8000-meter peaks.'
• Summited Kilimanjaro 60 times
• Explored unpadded rivers in the Congo and Amazon basin
• Ventured into some of the worlds most isolated deserts
• Lived with tribespeople in Kenya
• He is A Berghaus and Stubai sponsored athlete
• He holds a BSc in Ecology and Biology
• Now head guide for his company 360 expeditions - climbing, mountaineering, trekking, all round adventure goodness - as hardcore as you want to go
