It's December the 3rd and Advent offically starts today! So, let us welcome you to our festive four-week mini-series where we will be unwrapping the gift of Advent. Today, we're taking you on a stroll through the history of Advent, sprinkled with stories and tidbits that'll make you go, 'Oh, that's good!'

We will also be "lighting" the first candle of the Advent season: Hope. In this episode you will be hearing from our guest Hannah Bush on what is Hope, how Biblical Hope differs from optimism, and how we look forward by looking backwards at the faithfulness of God in the past.
