With 350,000 residential rental units represented by its members, the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) advocates for the rental housing industry. In this episode we discuss the impact of the current rental freeze on landlords and developers, the longtime supply issue being faced by the industry and its root causes. Not only do we discuss some of the issues the industry is facing, but more importantly, we dive into solutions for rental housing providers and developers. With experience in government relations, Tony advocates for government regulated industries that play vital roles in today’s society.
