Leveraging the power of joint venture partnership models has helped Michael Ponte scale a successful real estate investment business with over $30 million in assets.

With significant success investing in both commercial and residential real estate in British Columbia, Alberta and Halifax, Michael Ponte is the President and Founder of Prosperity Real Estate Investments, currently holding and managing a portfolio of over 175 units in several markets throughout Canada.
