11th Generation Cape Codder Laura Kelly founded Protect our Cape Cod Aquifer (POCCA) www.poccacapecod.com in 2013, showing her commitment to the local environment she cares so much about. Laura is a highly influential environmental activist who has dedicated her life to sustainable living and collaboration with stakeholders to improve our environment.
Laura is a leader in the Pesticide Reduction Initiative across Cape Cod. Orleans is leading the pack with a vote on this Home Rule Petition 2023 to Reduce Pesticide Use with a Town vote on October 16th, 2023. Laura started the petition to support this initiative, which has 3,400+ signatures and climbing, and you can sign the petition at the following link;

Owner of Littlefield Landscapes since 1992, Laura has been creating sustainable design using native vegetation, beneficial insects and feeding organisms in the soil. She is an Organic Horticulturalist creating beauty with nature at every step of the way. "Being non toxic in your body and on your land is the best thing we can do for every creature living in out environment and to protect our precious drinking water." Her website link is below:
