It was great to catch up with Kevin Glew from Cooperstowners in Canada and The Canadian Baseball Network (Subscribe to both okay? The CBN is the best $20 per year you will spend) as well as Scott Crawford from the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in St.Marys
Scott has been on the Cardy Show since the early days in 2014. Kevin has been on the podcast just after the very first Canadian Baseball History Conference.
We discussed the following:
- This past Induction day ceremony
- Memorable Induction days
- The economic impact on the area and the growth of the Induction Day Ceremony
- The historic induction of Ashley Stephenson and the path for more women to be inducted.
- The growth of the Hall of fame and Museum.
- Canadian MLB new arrivals and some we have not yet to see yet.
- Cal Quantrill staying with the Rockies
- The Toronto Blue Jays owning the Canadian Market
- Updates at the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame
- Updates with Cooperstowners in Canada and the Canadian Baseball Network
- Cardy Show memories
- Canadian Baseball History Conference
Follow Kevin on Twotter @CoopinCanada and he also has a Facebook page
