Working yourself into the ground isn’t what life is all about.

There is a better way and today we are talking about small changes you can make to the way you work so that you don’t feel so exhausted at the end of the day.

I’m also sharing a little bit of my personal experience with burnout and giving you a recent example of when I changed the way I was thinking about a stressful situation and stopped it from becoming a bigger deal than it actually was.
