Mary Bajorek is a Canadian work and life coach who helps professionals in transition points in their career to feel confident, agentic and like they're making an impact doing work that feels aligned with who they are. To date, she has helped dozens of people from all over the world in a myriad of professions (entry level to C-suite in industries ranging from tech to real estate) to experience their work as an expression of who they are at the core and what they deeply care about by finding new jobs, branching out to new careers, and starting businesses. Her mission of lifting people up in their work happens through one-on-one coaching, workshops and speaking at international conferences. Her own work experience, before starting LifeWorthLoving Coaching, ranges from UX design in financial consulting to creating magic in DisneyWorld. She sees every experience as an opportunity to grow in courage, knowledge and connections.
