Laura Trevelyan is a familiar face for many viewers of the BBC, where she worked for thirty years as a correspondent and anchor. She has covered some of the most important news events of our time, from Northern Ireland’s Good Friday agreement to the January sixth attack on the US capitol. However, her work goes beyond journalism, and in February Laura and her family went to the Caribbean island of Grenada, where they apologized for their ancestors’ role as slave owners.
