There are two ways to go through each day - joy our misery, our choice. I was reminded of this powerful lesson after a recent morning I had when I thought my car was stolen after getting home late from a speaking engagement.

I thought this lesson I share in this episode can show the impact of living the philosophy on the daily and how the same events can have drastically different results if we understand our ego and poor thinking.

Even though this is a different setup for an episode - I always love sharing the situations where I am screwing up my practice of the philosophy and how I'm getting back on track in the moment.

I thought this was a perfect example about how reducing the amount of drama in our thinking and following better mental processes can lead to more impact and happiness in the world.

At least it did in my world.

Hope you enjoy this episode on your commute, on your run, during your workout or wherever you may be listening. I appreciate all of you!

Let's keep living beyond drama my people.

Alex
