Norman Solomon is the author of several books including War Made Easy: How Presidents and Pundits Keep Spinning Us to Death". He is also the founder and executive director of the Institute for Public Accuracy.

Solomon explains how the United States is actually a global empire. He also details how propaganda is used to convince the American people to support war, the country’s military industrial complex, and war profiteering. Solomon also reflects on the myth of American Exceptionalism and its role in sustaining the American Empire and its forever wars.

And Chauncey DeVega returns from a several-week hiatus during which he went home to visit his mother who he had not seen for almost 2 years because of the coronavirus pandemic.
