In Episode 94 of The Staffroom Podcast, Chey and Pav reflect on the use of Icebreakers with students at the start of the school year. They talk about some of the pitfalls we potentially face when we introduce activities which the students may not be keen to participate in. Chey and Pav go over a few different ideals for the use of icebreakers and even talk about how we may want to to continue to have them as common practice, even if we don't like them, as long as there are some norms in place - consistency being one of them!
