Michelle Taylor Willis is Founder of Gagnant Media and MTW Enterprises. She is married with four sons and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

A Florida native and graduate of the University of Florida, Michelle is an award-winning entrepreneur, publisher, speaker, and master strategist. Her work with corporations,, small businesses and non-profits enables Michelle to be a valued resource in the business community. Michelle has been recognized as “Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Atlanta,” Top 25 Most Extraordinary Atlantans, and has made several “Top 100” lists in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition, she has received countless outstanding business/businessperson of the year by different organizations. Her publication, South Fulton Lifestyle, was awarded “Publication of the Year” three times in a row.

Michelle has been or is a member of many professional organizations including: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc; The National Association of Professional Women; Atlanta Medical Group Management Association; Black Triathlete Association; and, The Florida Blue Key National Leadership Honorary. She also serves on the following: Board of Directors for the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce (VP Film and Entertainment); Chairman of the Board for Theatre du Reve, the only French-speaking theater company in North America; Chairman of the Advisory Board for the United Way of Greater Atlanta; Secretary for the Morris Brown College Foundation Board; Board of Directors Atlanta CASA, Board of Directors for the Atlanta Aerotropolis Alliance, and others. Michelle served on the leadership team for Radiant Church, which she and her husband helped plant just South of Atlanta.

Michelle created the Moms All In® Conference, a conference built around showing entrepreneurial and executive-level women how to build businesses without sacrificing themselves and their families in the process. Michelle coined and trademarked SoFu®, a term that represents the eight cities of South Fulton County in Atlanta, Ga, created with an effort to re-energize the predominantly Black area.

Around Atlanta, Michelle is known for casting vision and developing strategy, as well as being the behind-the-scenes catalyst on several developments. She is skilled at seeing opportunities for collaboration and making connections for businesses, as well as being integral in the execution of those opportunities.
