Hey hey hey! Welcome to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast! We’ve officially reached the 450th podcast and this is a proper good’un.

This week, the team got their final preparations underway before gradually making the pilgrimage to the mighty Glastonbury Festival. Captain Crapbeard had his final shower and headed off first, with James following suit a little later. The question is though…will he take his cheeky little wizard outfit?

Also on the show this week, Chris and the team were visited by some brilliant guests. Firstly, comedy legend Frank Skinner returned to the airwaves to talk about his upcoming tour, ‘30 Years of Dirt’, and ‘The Fast Show’’s Paul Whitehouse talked about his favourite types of comedy. Then, ‘Ted Lasso’ actor Phil Dunster swaps the football boots for the cowboy boots as he tells the team about his latest role in ‘Oklahoma!’. Last but not least, Midge Ure, the brains behind the second best selling song in UK history, entered the Radio X studios for the first time, spilling fascinating secrets about Band Aid 1984.

Finally, Dominic Byrne, aka The Sweepstake Swindler, takes a trip around Global to collect £5 from all the (unwilling) participants.

  • Dom gets an exclusive nudey invitation
  • Chris plays some jeffin’ music
  • Amanda Holden turns up the feel good

Don't forget to keep an eye out for our Radio X flags at Glastonbury this year! When you spot one, take a pic and use #RadioXFlags so we can see it. Absolutely flagtastic.

Enjoy!
