One area that churches are really struggling to become resourced in, and are starting to feel the pressure in the areas of mental health and suicide. So many pastors and elders don’t know where to turn for good resources and helpful advice. With that struggle in mind, we tried to do something that would help you out.
Today, I’m presenting to you my interview with Mark Stromenberg. As someone who battles mental illness himself, Mark is passionate about communicating hope and help to the one-fifth of Canadians who will struggle with a mental illness and to those who have a friend or family member that is hurting. Through his own life, training, and professional experience, Mark seeks to bring the Light of Hope to those struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts in a holistic and practical way.
