Garcia involves the issue whether a trial court can consider a defendant's misconduct while out on bond for sentencing purposes.

Rule 3.220 is amended to preclude the visual recording of an adult deponent unless ordered by the court or agreed to by the parties and the deponent; require the audiovisual recording of depositions of minors unless otherwise ordered by the court, and prohibits the photographing of deponents during discovery depositions.
