Please take 1 min to rate this podcast ! It will mean a HUGE deal to me. www.ratethispodcast.com/intellicoach This is episode 2 as part of a 2-part series of 'coaching and failing'. In the last episode, I talked about that it means to fail in the 'practice' of coaching. In this episode, we are zooming our further and we will explore what it means to fail 'being' a coach. More precisely, I will explore what it means to fail (and succeed) in the profession of coaching! I will share about three success factor areas: Clients Coaches fail because they do not have enough of the right clients or their clients are not coachable. Income Many professional coaches fail because they are not able to generate the necessary income to sustain themselves and their families. They fail at managing their business and don't realise that a full-time coach does not coach full-time! Fulfilment Coaches may fail at this very basic and most fundamental measure. The activity turns out draining and does not add to happiness. There's also the question whether we find fulfilment in being a professional coach and all the other activities that come with that.
