Lipsky is super simple with a progress-over-perfection approach, which allows the clients to write meaningful newsletters in under 20 minutes and still ensure immediate engagement, long-term customer loyalty, and opportunities to monetize. And I'm delighted that Liz has found time and believe me it was a struggle for her to find the time to come in and talk to us here in the conference room.
