As I discuss in this episode, I think it’s best to focus on getting the message right on your website — who you help and how you help them. This is more important than our URL or business name. In the end, referrals by word of mouth are powerful. If that’s working for you, consider whether there’s any need to put energy into overhauling your business brand and website.
