When our romantic partners trigger us, it can send us into profound emotional turmoil. Could this be fertile soil for a practice that gives us rich insight into our selves and even lead to enlightenment?
That's what today's guest, Susan Campbell, has been saying since the release of her 1980 book The Couple's Journey.
Since then, she's gone on to write the seminal text Getting Real (which helped crystallize the authentic relating movement) and From Triggered to Tranquil (a practical guide for couples that Sigh and I use and highly recommend).
This discussion is full of amazing insights from somebody whose pioneering work is as vital today as ever before. It's another piece in our journey with Eros. And we are so excited to bring it to you. It's such an honor to meet people like Susan and share her insights with you.
Next week, we have Susan Campbell give Sigh and me a real coaching session, letting you see her work in action.
