As side-hustlers, we are often more than just our professional personas. We are wives (and husbands), parents and not to mention we are still individuals with our own interests outside of all our other roles. Sometimes the ebbs and flows of life can be difficult to manage, but this week’s guest is encouraging us to ride the waves to happier and healthier versions of ourselves in every season of our lives.

I am so happy to be joined by Kristen Vucinich, wife, mama of 2 and pregnancy and postpartum nutrition specialist supporting mamas to prioritize their health. In today’s episode, Kristen shares why we should release the pressure of upholding certain standards when the season that we are in may not allow for them. She gives us tips on how to manage each season of our life with awareness and grace. For all you busy side-hustlers out there trying to figure out how to juggle it all, this episode is for YOU!

Episode Highlights

  • How Kristen moved from the classroom into the nutrition realm [2:59]
  • Learning to recognize when you are in a new season of your life [7:43]
  • Taking inventory and re-prioritizing in your different seasons [8:51]
  • How to re-evaluate and why you should aim to do it every 6 months [11:17]
  • The importance of self-care to feel and be our best and what it may look like [18:11]
