May is Mental Health Awareness month, and in honor of that, I want to discuss a common mental block that affects all of us - imposter syndrome.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing the most common type of imposter syndrome and how you can combat it. I share my journey through my career with Target, how imposter syndrome affected me then, and how I recognized it creeping back into my life recently. Then, I explain the most common type of imposter syndrome and some of the daily exercises that I use to help me battle it.
