* I messed up Jerry's surname in the beginning and I feel so bad about it. He was a good sport and so forgiving.

** I know I took some dramatic left turns that may seem odd if you are new to Jerry's work, however, I desperately wanted to get 'off road' with him as there are a lot of interviews out there where he is on script and I wanted to get into some new territory if possible, I had a small amount of success doing that.
